This 5 week course is designed to help you discover that writing is the tool you need to better understand your past experiences, grow from your struggles, reclaim your own story, and charge confidently ahead to the future that waits for you.
The weekly activities are thoughtfully created to help you move through your own experiences and write your way to personal clarity. The value of writing has nothing to do with how many people read it, or how worthy it is by anyone else’s standards, but what it offers to you as you string words together on the page and plunge into spaces within your own heart that you didn’t know existed. It is the surest way to make sense of our own stories and take back the pen to truly create our own lives.
If you choose, you can keep all of your work to yourself to hold close and personal. Or if you'd like, you can share work you create in the class on our forthcoming Truth Collaborative blog or in your own creative projects.
